  • Bachelor’s degree — Government Girls College, Quetta.

  • Master’s in Urdu Literature — University of Balochistan.

  • LL.B. (Law degree) — University Law College, Quetta (1980).

  • Started as Civil Judge in 1982.

  • Progressed through senior judicial roles — District & Sessions Judge, Member and later Chairperson of the Balochistan Services Tribunal.

  • Elevated to High Court judge in 2009; confirmed in 2011.

  • Took oath as Chief Justice, marking history as Pakistan’s first female chief justice of any high court.
